AI Classes for Adults · At Safari International School
By registering for and paying for any AI class, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
1. The Programme
- The AI Classes for Adults are held at Safari International School campuses and delivered by Wave Hill Horizon LLC AI Lab, Safari's AI partner
- The programme has three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level runs over two Saturdays
- Levels must be taken in order. Participants start with Silver, and must complete Silver before joining Gold, and Gold before joining Platinum
- In-person sessions rotate between Safari Cantonments, Safari Airport and Safari East Legon. The venue for each session is shown in the published schedule
- Each level is also offered online, covering the same content on the same Saturdays
- Places are limited per level (Silver 20, Gold 15, Platinum 10) and are allocated in order of confirmed payment
2. Who Can Attend
- The classes are open to the public and are for adults aged 18 and over
- Children may not attend the classes
- Childcare is available during in-person sessions at an additional cost of GHS 200 per child, per day. It must be booked and paid for in advance, at the same time as booking your sessions
3. Booking and Payment
- Your seat is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Registering without payment does not reserve a place
- You will receive a confirmation once payment is received. Only confirmed participants may attend
- Booking and payment are made through this page. Payment can be made by bank transfer, mobile money, Hubtel or the other methods shown on the payment page
- Fees are per adult, per level, and apply to both in-person and online sessions
4. Discounts
- Safari parents: parents of students currently enrolled at Safari International School receive a 10% discount
- All three levels: participants who sign up and pay for Silver, Gold and Platinum together receive a 5% discount on the total
- Safari parents who book all three levels together can combine both discounts, for a maximum total discount of 15%
- Discounts cannot be applied after payment has been made, and do not apply to childcare fees
5. No Refunds
- All fees are non-refundable
- Fees are not affected by attendance. Missing a session, arriving late or leaving early does not entitle you to a refund, credit or discount
- A paid seat can be transferred to another adult for the same level, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the first session of that level
- If Safari or Wave Hill Horizon LLC AI Lab cancels or reschedules a session, participants will be offered a replacement date
6. Attendance and Timing
- Sessions start and finish on time. In-person sessions run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and online sessions from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up your devices. Late arrivals will join the session in progress, and missed content will not be repeated
- A tea break is scheduled during each session, and refreshments are served
- Missed sessions cannot be made up or carried over to a later date
7. What to Bring
- Bring a fully charged laptop and phone to every session, with chargers
- Before your first session, please create free accounts for the AI tools used in class (for example ChatGPT, Claude and Gamma). Details will be sent with your confirmation
- Wi-Fi is provided at the venue. Paid subscriptions to any AI tool are not included in the fee
8. Online Sessions
- Online sessions cover the same content as in-person sessions, at the same fee
- You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a working device. Technical problems on the participant's side do not entitle you to a refund or a repeat session
- Joining links are personal and must not be shared
9. Conduct
- Participants are expected to treat facilitators, staff and other participants with respect, and to follow Safari's campus rules while on site
- Phones should be on silent unless used for a class activity
- Safari reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the class, without a refund
10. Privacy and Personal Data
- Your registration details are used only to manage your booking and to contact you about the programme
- Do not upload confidential, personal or sensitive information (such as ID documents, bank details or client data) to any AI tool during class. You are responsible for what you share with these tools
- Photos and short videos may be taken during sessions for Safari's marketing. If you do not wish to appear, please tell the facilitator at the start of the session
11. Course Materials
- Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold or recorded without written permission
- Recording sessions (audio or video) is not permitted
12. Liability
- AI tools can produce inaccurate information. Participants are responsible for checking and for how they use any AI output
- Safari International School and Wave Hill Horizon LLC AI Lab are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, including laptops and phones
13. Changes to the Programme
Safari and Wave Hill Horizon LLC AI Lab may change the venue, facilitator, content or schedule where necessary. Participants will be informed as early as possible.
